ARTICLE 3 : PRODUCTS
All products are accompanied by an indicative delivery time. However, due to stock fluctuations, Railing Glass cannot be held responsible if this lead time is modified.
Product photographs and descriptions are indicative only. Railing Glass reserves the right to make changes to products, in particular to railing supports or glass characteristics, without prior notice. Requests for technical drawings can be made by e-mail.
End of series", "Batch" and "Custom-made" products are considered to be sold as is and cannot be the subject of any claim.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated in addition and will be specified before the order is finalized.
Railing Glass reserves the right to modify prices at any time, the applicable price being that in force at the time the order is validated.
ARTICLE 5A: DESIGN OFFICE FEES
- Individuals: Layout costs are payable after validation of the order.
- In the event of cancellation, a fixed fee may be charged, depending on the complexity of the project.
- Professionals: Layout work can be carried out before payment of the deposit, subject to return of the accepted quotation.
ARTICLE 5B: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include packaging, preparation and postage. They are fixed per order amount and cannot be grouped together if separate orders are placed.
ARTICLE 6: METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Buyer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.
Payments can be made by credit card via PAYPAL, bank transfer, or payment on delivery, with full payment before shipment of the products.
ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY
Orders placed before 2pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends) are dispatched the next working day, subject to availability.
Delivery costs and times are indicated before order confirmation. Any change to the delivery address or delivery method will be charged to the Buyer.
ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has a right of retraction of 7 working days from delivery to exchange or obtain a refund, provided that the products are returned in their original condition, at the Buyer's expense. Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Railing Glass retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received from the Buyer. The risks associated with the loss or deterioration of the products are transferred when the products are handed over to the carrier.
ARTICLE 10: DATA PROTECTION
The information requested by France Matériaux Groupe FMG at the time of the Buyer's order is necessary for the management of the Buyer's order by railing-glass.com and its commercial partners.
