The E100 glass guardrail comes complete with all the accessories required for installation:

Floor profiles are made from EN AW 6063 aluminum alloy. They are highly resistant to corrosion. They can be floor-mounted or recessed as required. This allows the glass railing to blend seamlessly into its architectural environment.

A rigorous manufacturing process

The quality and reliability of glass balustrades are the result of a rigorous manufacturing process in the company's own factories. Aluminum alloy profiles are precision-molded to exacting specifications.

Glass panels, meanwhile, are selected from the very best products. They can be up to 21 mm thick for projects subject to exceptional constraints. Glass railings are assembled by experienced professionals. Extensive tests are carried out in the factory and in an accredited laboratory to validate the resistance to stress (load, shear) and the durability of the designer guardrail.

Performance and safety standards

The performance of the E100 glass guardrail has been demonstrated by numerous tests complying with European safety standards. Displacement tests were carried out on the 1 m base profile under a concentrated horizontal load of 150 kg, well in excess of the regulatory 100kg.

Impact resistance tests demonstrated the ability of the design guardrail to stop a load falling from a height of 2 m, as required by EN 12600. With regard to corrosion resistance, the aluminum profile EN AW 6063 withstands over 1000 hours in the salinometric chamber, in compliance with ISO 9227.

The E100 glass guardrail is certified as complying with EN 12600 European safety requirements for guardrails, and is CE marked. Its estimated service life exceeds 30 years, even in harsh climatic conditions.
